REFUND POLICY
Mirror Image Medical Spa is dedicated to the optimization of your health. We make it our mission to help you realize your goals and our professionally trained staff is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your procedures or products.
Payment for services is due, in full, at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Once you have consulted with physician and have purchased products from the facility, products may not be marked for resale or used by anyone other than the patient receiving the products.
If you are not the satisfied with the products or services rendered by the facility or the physician, you may cancel at any time. However No Refunds will be given for the products or services rendered. If you have any questions about this policy.
